  4. This is a PRIVATE board and requires registration by mail and payment
  5. of a $15.00/year access fee.  You will be asked to fill out your initial
  6. registration information now.  However, you will not be granted full
  7. privileges to the board's features until your registration information and
  8. check for $15.00 has been received.  Here's what you can and can't do...
  9.  
  10.   1.)  You can only download the file CDCLIST (complete file listing),
  11.        IBMLOCAL and RBBSLIST (BBS lists).  You will be given 20 minutes to
  12.        look over the board to decide if you would like to register.
  13.        Most menu commands are unavailable.

  15.   2.)  You can leave a comment to the sysop, but no messages.

  17.   3.)  If you are a registered sysop from another board, or would like
  18.        more information on how to register for full privilages on this
  19.        board, please read Bulletin # 1 for more details.

  21.   All registered users are allowed 75 minutes/day.
